Dr. Kasi Lacey's Most Requested Keynotes:

The Confidence Gap at Work: What it Costs Organizations and How to Fix It
Confidence is often treated as a personal issue, but its impact is organizational.
When employees hesitate to speak up, self-edit, or wait until they feel “ready,” productivity slows, innovation suffers, and burnout increases.
Dr. Lacey explores the psychology behind the confidence gap at work and the real costs it creates for teams and leaders.
Participants learn how self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and perfectionism show up in the workplace and how leaders can cultivate confidence that drives ownership, decisiveness, and engagement.
This session equips organizations with practical strategies to strengthen leadership presence, empower employees, and create a culture where people trust themselves and take action.

Work Shouldn't Feel Like a Bad Situationship: Burnout, Boundaries, and Building Sustainable Teams
Too many workplaces operate like unhealthy relationships, with high expectations, unclear boundaries, and the belief that exhaustion equals commitment.
Dr. Lacey reframes burnout as a systems issue rather than a personal failure. She explores the psychology of overwork, people-pleasing, and boundary breakdowns, and how these patterns quietly erode performance, morale, and retention.
Leaders learn how to model healthy boundaries, set sustainable expectations, and create team cultures that support high performance without sacrificing well-being.
This session helps organizations move from burnout and resentment to clarity, trust, and long-term sustainability.

Safe to Speak, Ready to Perform: Why People Don't Speak Up at Work and How Psychological Safety Drives Results
Silence in the workplace is rarely about apathy. It is often a response to fear, burnout, or past experiences of being dismissed or punished for speaking up.
Dr. Lacey unpacks the psychology behind silence at work and explains why psychological safety is the foundation of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
Leaders and teams learn how stress, power dynamics, and organizational culture shape behavior, and how small leadership habits can either shut people down or invite contribution.
This session moves beyond buzzwords to provide clear, actionable strategies for creating environments where people feel safe to speak, take risks, and perform at their best.

"In the day-to-day grind, it’s easy to forget that coming together with a group of women is simply powerful."
There are so many aspects of this presentation that made me feel seen and heard. In the day-to-day grind, it’s easy to forget that coming together with a group of women is simply powerful. Dr. Lacey’s explanation of emotional intelligence uses real-world examples but also challenges the listener to relate our own examples of unconscious gender bias in the workplace. By examining ingrained, socially accepted stereotypes, we learned tips to counter generations of imprinting, to create a better future not only for ourselves but for the generations to come.
